The Danconia Gallery uses the finest in artistic mediums available on the market including: Museum-Grade Archival Canvas (Gloss, Satin, Matte and Metallic) + Photo Papers (Gloss, Luster and Metallic) and both Japanese + American-made Pigment Inks.
75% of our printing is handled in-house, on Japanese Giclée printers in addition to hand-silkscreened lithographs produced using American-designed Silver Bullet diamond cutters.
Our partner facilities in Los Angeles, New York and Canada are selected for their dedication and top quality standards, in line with our own as are our material suppliers: Breathing Color, Canon and Epson.
We guarantee color fastness, luminosity and vibrance for a minimum of 80 years across all available Fine Art.
Mixed-Media, One-Of-A-Kind and Original art is hand-painted in Acrylic and may include Gloss Mediums, Archival Pens / Markers, Crushed Crystal, Glass and/or Pearl, Silver and 24K Gold. -
All standard art is shipped within 7-10 days, and a complimentary tracking number will be provided. Please allow an additional 14 days for stretched and framed art, and 4-6 weeks for hand-painted customization. A precursor to Sean Danconia’s recent official OSAMU TEZUKA piece titled ATOM ENDER, this was a pop-surreal exploration of Philip K. Dick’s seminal work: “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?” (aka Blade Runner) seen through the eyes of Osamu Tezuka
We’re very honored to announce our 2nd OFFICIAL TEZUKA PRODUCTIONS “TEZUKA x DANCONIA” collaboration, featuring Limited Edition artwork (and future products). Sean Danconia’s Tezuka-inspired series (based on mixed-media originals) are made with the approval and authorization of Tezuka Sensei’s heirs and representatives in Japan.
Osama Tezuka is considered to be the Godfather or modern Manga, Anime and Japanese Pop-Culture. From Astro Boy to Kimba the White Lion (the basis for the Lion King), his talent and influence is unparalleled.
