KAWAII ART

Kawaii (かわいい)—the addictive “CULT of the Super Cute” has its Japanese roots in Lady Murasaki's 11th century novel The Tale of Genji, where it referred to sympathetic and vulnerable qualities. Over time, this evolved to represent an aesthetic defined by THE: cute, adorable, lovable, shy, pretty and most often—fifty shades of PINK (or Tiffany Blue when it’s Breakfast for Two).
